EULA - End User License Agreement

By purchasing MIDI Packs or audio samples from Media Music Mastery or any authorized company which sells Media Music Mastery products you expressly agree and accept this license agreement.

The MIDI and sounds provided by Media Music Mastery are licensed, not sold, to the user “as is”.

Media Music Mastery retains all title to and ownership of MIDI & sound recordings. Buying this MIDI or sample pack you get a lifetime, non-transferable, non- exclusive, worldwide license for synchronization rights, including the royalty-free use of all MIDI & sounds in compositions such as songs, albums, records, remixes, commercials, jingles, post productions, commissioned pieces, soundtracks for film, theatre, musicals, TV and live performances. Note that use in trailer and production music libraries is not prohibited, but discretion and common sense is advised, much like when using loop libraries. It is advised to blend the MIDI elements into a larger composition, personalize by changing key and tempo.

You can use this product in any of your commercial compositions.

You are not allowed to resell this product as another MIDI pack or sample library or any other form.

to avoid copyright claims please make sure to use additional instruments and sounds to the available MIDI files, and/or tweak them by changing the tempo and/or key. Audio files are for PREVIEW PURPOSES ONLY!!!

You are legally prohibited to distribute, lend, rent or sell your copy in whole or in part or upload on any web-based storages.


The MIDI or sounds may be used without paying any additional license, however they may not be used to make content for a commercial MIDI pack collection or sample library or another kind of MIDI or sample-based product (e.g. sound design collections, toolkits, etc.).

This license forbids any re-distribution method of this product, or its sounds, through any means, including but not limited to, re- selling, trading, sharing, re-sampling, mixing, processing, isolating, or embedding into software or hardware of any kind, for the purpose of re-recording or reproduction as part of any free or commercial library and/or collection of musical and/or sound effect samples and/or articulations, or any form of musical sample or sound effect sample playback system or device.

Media Music Mastery will not be held responsible if the MIDI or audio files do not fit your particular purpose. Media Music Mastery audio files are licensed ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind.
